Who we are and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Blaxtars, operating through blaxtars.com ("Blaxtars", "we", "us" or "our"), handles personal information when you visit this website, contact our team, apply to become an affiliate or manage an approved affiliate relationship.

It applies to website visitors, prospective affiliates, approved affiliates and their representatives. A separate operator or gaming brand may provide its own privacy notice when you use its services.

02

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Blaxtars, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact details, such as your name, business name, email address, Telegram handle and other contact information.
  • Affiliate application details, including your websites, channels, traffic sources, target markets and information needed to assess programme suitability.
  • Account and commercial details, such as tracking identifiers, campaign activity, referrals, agreed commission model, payment status and compliance records.
  • Verification and payment details requested during onboarding or payment processing, including tax, identity, company and payment information where required.
  • Communications, including messages, requests, feedback and files you send to our team.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, timestamps and basic security or diagnostic logs.
03

How information is collected

We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, communicate with us or participate in the programme. We may also receive information from our affiliate platform, tracking technology, payment and verification providers, the gaming brands you promote, and publicly available business sources.

Please provide information only where you are authorised to do so. If you give us personal information about someone else, you are responsible for ensuring they have received any required notice.

04

How we use information

We use personal information to review applications; onboard and support affiliates; provide tracking, reporting and campaign assets; administer RevShare, CPA, Hybrid or other agreed arrangements; process and reconcile payments; respond to enquiries; protect the programme from fraud or abuse; enforce programme rules; improve our website and operations; and meet legal, regulatory, tax and responsible-gambling obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the programme, or consent where we specifically request it.

05

When information is shared

We may share relevant information with affiliate-platform, hosting, analytics, security, verification, professional-advisory and payment providers; with gaming brands or operators connected to your campaigns; and with authorities where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users or the programme.

Messages submitted through the Blaxtars contact form are delivered to our partnerships team through Telegram. Telegram processes that message under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

06

International transfers

Blaxtars works with affiliates, brands and service providers across multiple markets. This may involve processing information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards and take reasonable steps to ensure information remains protected.

07

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including the duration of an affiliate relationship and any additional period required for payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, tax, accounting or legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or disclosure. No online service is completely secure, so please use care when sending sensitive information and contact us promptly if you believe your interaction with Blaxtars has been compromised.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on your personal information; to object to certain processing; to receive portable data; to withdraw consent; or to complain to a relevant data-protection authority.

To make a request, use our contact form and clearly state that your message concerns privacy. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some rights are subject to lawful exceptions.

10

Cookies and similar technology

Our public website may use essential storage, security signals and basic technical logs needed to deliver and protect the service. Affiliate platforms or linked third-party services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking essential technology may affect site or account functionality.

11

Third-party links and age limit

Our website may link to affiliate platforms, gaming brands and other sites we do not control. Their privacy practices apply when you leave Blaxtars.

Blaxtars is a business affiliate programme intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

12

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the programme, technology or law. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or affiliate account where appropriate.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Blaxtars contact form. Select or state that your enquiry is about privacy so it can be directed appropriately.
